ClimateX The indoor CLX Semi-hermetic air cooled condensing units are robust, reliable and efficient air-cooled refrigeration units platforms featuring BOCK semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor technology for use in medium and low temperature applications. The range of CLX units from 1.5 HP  up to 40 HP with mutli-Refrigerant application for R448A/ R449A, R404A, R134a, R450A and R513A. ClimateX CLX series is equipped with medium or low temperature compressors. High efficiency Condenser axial fans, optimized condensers coils designed to ensure optimum performance even under extreme conditions. The high performance extreme temperature designs for GCC countries makes them suitable for all general refrigeration applications, such as:

• ClimateX CLX series equipped with Bock-Danfoss Semi-hermetic compressors. state-of-the-art, excelling in ease of running, simple maintenance, high efficiency, and reliability installed on the unit with anti-vibration pads.

• Air Cooled Condenser Coil: high efficiency air cooled Condenser coil made of copper tubes & Aluminum fins design optimized circuit, improved heat transfer and increased fin surface area for low and medium application that withstand high ambient conditions. The copper tubes are inner grooved, staggered and mechanically expanded, while the fins are with sine waves to increase the heat transfer coefficient
• High efficiency fans: High efficiency axial condenser fans with reduced noise capability. motor with winding protection, thermally protected fan motor, capacitor mounted and wired into terminal. Provided with a detachable guard grille for service and maintenance. The electric motors of the fans are IP54 and F class insulated. Fan are CCC, CE approved. All fans are tested and balanced before installation.
• Liquid Receiver: horizontal or vertical receivers come with a safety valve designed, manufactured, and tested according to ASME standards at a pressure of 33 bar, and  equipped with Rotalock valves.
• Vibration Absorber: vibration absorbers made of deep-pitch corrugated tubing for increased flexibility and vibration absorption. They are incorporated in discharge lines to dampen the transmission of compressor-induced vibration through the piping system. Each vibration absorber is conducted leak test  and passed burst pressure test that burst pressure exceeds the standard. Absorbers are Certified by CE and UL.
• High and Low Pressure control: CLX condensing units are equipped with Danfoss KP15 pressure control to protect against low suction or high discharge pressure. They start and stop refrigeration compressors and fans on air-cooled condensers.
