ClimateX Unit Air Coolers UC series, are designed in accordance with European standard, using high efficiency inner grooved copper tubes with a sign-wave aluminum alloy fins for medium and low temperature applications in an attractive galvanized unit casing.
The units are equipped with energy saving fans having high level of thermal protection on anti-vibration structure. Units can be equipped with a standard electric heater defrost stainless steel type that will be fitted on the coil and drain pan to ensure uniformity and effectiveness of the defrost.

Description
ClimateX Unit Air Coolers UC series, are designed in accordance with European standard, using high efficiency inner grooved copper tubes with a sign-wave aluminum alloy fins for medium and low temperature applications in an attractive galvanized unit casing.
The units are equipped with energy saving fans having high level of thermal protection on anti-vibration structure. Units can be equipped with a standard electric heater defrost stainless steel type that will be fitted on the coil and drain pan to ensure uniformity and effectiveness of the defrost.
The Unit are provided with IP65 rated junction box with fireproof joint, the wires are fixed and high quality electric component utilized to enhance product life service.

Features
Casing:
- casing is made of High-quality galvanize coated with powder polyester electrostatically providing excellent corrosion protection.
- Standard color RAL 9016.
- Proper for food processing applications.
- Drain tray is standard for all models with easy cleaning and maintenance. Drain pan are sloped to the lowest point at the drain pipe location, preventing condensate accumulation.
- Side panels are removable as standard for easy maintenance.
- Attractive view
- Electrical junction box and aluminum drainage discharge are provided.
Coil / Heat exchanger:
- High performance Unit Coolers are made of 9.52mm inner grooved copper tubes and corrugated sin-wave aluminum fins to increase the heat transfer coefficient.
- Straight tube alignment that reduce defrost duration and defrost energy consumption.
- Refrigerant distributor.
- Inlet and outlet connections made of copper.
Defrost
- Unit air coolers are delivered as standard without electric.
- unit can be provided with Electric heater defrost, hot gas or water Defrost as per site requitement / customer request (defrost heaters are applied on both heat exchanger coil and drain tray)
- Suitable for medium and low temperature applications.
Fans
- The standard fan type is an external rotor axial fan, with a galvanized mesh cover sprayed black. IP55 protection class, insulation class F, operating Temperature -40.0 C to +40.0 C.
- Fan diameter are changed between 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 mm or 630mm as per unit size and application.
